is a Miami native with over a decade of experience as a facial specialist. As a licensed esthetician, Nakita got her start at a prestigious Bal Harbour medical spa where in a short period she worked her way up through the ranks soaking in every experience and lesson she could. Once she felt she had been successful in learning her craft, she set out to open her own spa — The Skin Bar Miami.
Conveniently located in the Dadeland area, The Skin Bar’s main mission is to help its clients gain back their confidence by winning the battle against acne, hyperpigmentation, and even weight loss. At The Skin Bar Miami, clients of all ages are treated to an assortment of facials and body treatments.
Nakita is a young mom whose ultimate goal is to inspire those around her to feel comfortable in their own skin. With both her CCE & CME in electrolysis and laser hair removal and a certification in phlebotomy and IV, she’s ready to tackle any skin issue that’s brought to her. In the near future, Nakita hopes to grow The Skin Bar Miami into a full medical spa with state-of-the-art machinery and the ability to offer an expanded range of services including botox and fillers.
A skin 101 tip from Nakita: Did you know steam and heat don’t actually open your pores? Our pores don’t have involuntary muscles, which means they don't contract or move with conscious control. However, steam and heat do assist with softening and melting sebum to help with extractions.
